The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. BEAUTIFUL day and night view of Missouri River and Omaha, NE skyline (see pictures). I discovered it's better to park in Harrahs well lit security monitored parking garage (east side of building). The poor guys working hustled to get the job done but it was a lot of visitors visiting for both the casino and hotel. Harrahs had only 2 valet attendants scheduled (poor management) on the night of my arrival ( and through ) and boy it was COLD! Waited for more than 35 minutes to retrieve the car the next night but the waiting area was warmed by heaters.
